The Lyon Theater, the venue where we are going to host the F3T showing, is having its grand re-opening tomorrow. Here is a link to an article about the digital updates that they recently completed at the theater.
It looks like they not only went completely digital but they also upgraded the surround sound and have a new silver screen to boot.
I quote from the South Lyon Herald:
Ribbon cutting and grand re-opening of the Lyon Theatre, 1216 E. Lake St. in downtown South Lyon on Friday, March 8, 4-6 p.m. with a 4:30 p.m. ribbon cutting. Upgrades include full digital surround sound, new silver screen and RealD 3D projection system. At 7 p.m. the theater will show Oz The Great and Powerful, in 3D, as its normal Friday show. www.thelyon.com
These changes should really make fly fishing pop on April 22nd. I can't wait for the show.
